Counselling

Usually individuals or couples will choose to have Therapy as they are experiencing Difficulties and distress in their lives, they may be feeling anxious or depressed, isolated with a sense that no-one understands or have no one to talk to about how they feel.

It could be other life issues and which can be very difficult to deal with including Bereavement, divorce, redundancy, health issues, bullying. However life does not need to get to crisis point before choosing to have therapy it might be that you are just experiencing a general dissatisfaction with life in general and want to feel better.

Counselling is a very effective talking Therapy which can help a person with:

Through effective counselling a person can explore their own feelings in safe environment, enabling them to understand themselves better and therefore trust in themselves of making the right choices and decisions.

When there is no way of controlling what is happening or has happened enabling the person to cope in the best way that they can and move forward.

£65 per session (for couples)
